Abstract

Corporate wellness programs are becoming increasingly popular in IT industries as the employees have prolonged working hours and minimal physical work. In addition to it, high stress levels are the major factor which drives the IT companies to introduce wellness programs for their employees. A lot of IT companies engage their employees in such wellness programs to keep their employees in best of their health and thereby increasing the overall productivity. In this research, we have tried to find out how much impactful are these programs on the lifestyle of the employees and examined the reasons to introduce wellness programs in their companies.
