Journal Archiving Policy

Our journal recognizes the importance of archiving scholarly content to ensure its long-term accessibility and preservation. To facilitate archiving, our journal utilizes two primary platforms: OJS PKP (Open Journal Systems Public Knowledge Project) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe). Below is our archiving policy:

1. OJS PKP Archiving:

Our journal utilizes OJS PKP as a platform for manuscript submission, peer review, and publication. OJS PKP provides robust archiving capabilities, allowing us to archive published articles and associated metadata securely. Our archiving policy regarding OJS PKP is as follows:

All published articles are archived on the OJS PKP platform immediately upon publication.
Authors can access and download their published articles from the OJS PKP platform at any time.
OJS PKP ensures the preservation and accessibility of archived content in compliance with best practices for digital archiving.

2. CLOCKSS Archiving:

In addition to OJS PKP archiving, our journal partners with CLOCKSS, a trusted digital preservation archive, to further ensure the long-term preservation of our content. CLOCKSS operates a global network of secure archives to safeguard digital content in perpetuity. Our archiving policy regarding CLOCKSS is as follows:

Our journal participates in the CLOCKSS digital preservation program to ensure redundant and decentralized archiving of our content.
CLOCKSS regularly ingests and preserves our journal's content, including published articles and associated metadata, using its robust archiving infrastructure.
In the event of any disruption or failure of our primary archiving systems, CLOCKSS serves as a reliable backup archive to ensure continued access to our content.
