Everything you need to prepare and submit a high-quality manuscript

MRI India Journals welcome original, innovative, and ethically conducted research articles across multidisciplinary domains. Authors are requested to carefully follow the manuscript preparation guidelines to ensure a smooth peer review, production, and publication process.

All submissions undergo editorial screening, plagiarism verification, and double-blind peer review before acceptance.

Manuscripts submitted to MRI India Journals must be original contributions and should not be previously published or under consideration elsewhere.

Peer Reviewed

All submitted manuscripts undergo an independent double-blind peer review process to ensure quality and research integrity.

Open Access

Accepted articles are published online with open access availability to support global knowledge dissemination.

Ethical & Transparent

Authors must follow publication ethics guidelines including originality, proper citation, authorship transparency, and research integrity.

Timely Publication

MRI India follows an efficient editorial workflow to ensure timely processing of accepted manuscripts.

Types of Articles We Accept

Original Research Article

Reports original research findings with complete methodology, results, and discussion.

Recommended Length:
3,000 – 8,000 words

Review Article

Comprehensive analysis and critical evaluation of existing research literature.

Recommended Length:
4,000 – 10,000 words

Short Communication

Brief reports describing significant preliminary findings or innovative concepts.

Recommended Length:
1,500 – 3,000 words

Case Study / Case Report

Detailed presentation and analysis of specific cases, applications, or practical implementations.

Recommended Length:
1,000 – 3,000 words

Editorial / Perspective

Expert opinions, viewpoints, and discussions on emerging research topics.

Recommended Length:
1,000 – 2,000 words

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following structure.

General Guidelines

Manuscripts should be prepared using:

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Page Size: A4
  • Line Spacing: 1.15 – 1.5
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt
  • Margins: Standard academic formatting
  • Language: English

Manuscripts must be written clearly and professionally.

Title Page

The title page should include:

  • Full manuscript title
  • Complete author names
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Department and organization details
  • Country
  • Corresponding author details
  • Email address

Example format:

Article Information

Authors should provide:

  • Article Type
  • Received Date
  • Revised Date
  • Accepted Date
  • Published Date

(Final publication dates will be assigned by the editorial office)

Abstract

The abstract should provide a concise summary of the study.

It should include:

  • Research background
  • Purpose/Objectives
  • Methodology
  • Major findings
  • Conclusion and significance

Recommended length:
200 – 300 words

Avoid citations and undefined abbreviations in the abstract.

Keywords

Provide:
4 – 8 keywords

Keywords should represent the major concepts of the research.

Example:
Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; Machine Learning; Sustainability; Innovation; Management

Main Manuscript Structure

Research articles should generally contain:

  1. Introduction
    The introduction should include: research background, problem statement, existing research gaps, importance of study, research objectives, contribution of work.
  2. Literature Review / Related Work
    This section should discuss: previous studies, current developments, research limitations, comparative analysis, identified gaps.
  3. Materials and Methods / Methodology
    Authors should clearly describe: research design, data collection methods, experimental setup, tools/software used, analytical techniques. The methodology should allow replication of the study.
  4. Results
    Present research outcomes using tables, figures, charts, statistical analysis. Results should be clear and objective.
  5. Discussion
    Authors should explain: interpretation of results, comparison with previous studies, research implications, practical significance, study limitations.
  6. Conclusion
    The conclusion should include: summary of major findings, contribution of research, future research directions.

Tables

Tables should:

  • Be numbered sequentially
  • Have descriptive titles
  • Be cited within manuscript text
  • Use editable format, not images

Figures

Figures should:

  • Be high quality
  • Have clear labels
  • Be numbered sequentially

Example:
Figure 1. Proposed Research Framework

Acceptable formats:
PNG, JPEG, TIFF

Units & Abbreviations

Authors should:

  • Use internationally accepted units
  • Define abbreviations at first appearance

Example:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)

References

Authors must ensure all references are accurate and complete.

References should include:

  • Author names
  • Year
  • Article title
  • Journal/book title
  • Volume and issue
  • Page numbers
  • DOI if available

Use a consistent citation style according to journal requirements.

How to Cite Published Article

Each published article includes recommended citation format.

Example:

Ethical Requirements

Authors must ensure:

  • Original research submission
  • No plagiarism
  • Proper citation of sources
  • Accurate data reporting
  • Ethical approval where applicable
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest
  • Correct authorship contribution

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools.

Authors must avoid:

AI Tool Usage Policy

Use of AI-assisted tools must be disclosed.

Authors remain fully responsible for:
