Abstract

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed human resource management practices, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. Organizations increasingly utilize AI-powered tools such as resume screening systems, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automated candidate matching platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency. AI-driven recruitment enables organizations to reduce hiring time, improve candidate quality, minimize recruitment costs, and enhance decision-making processes. The present study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on recruitment effectiveness among HR professionals working in IT and service organizations. The study aims to evaluate the benefits, challenges, and overall effectiveness of AI-enabled recruitment systems. A descriptive research design is adopted, and data is collected through structured questionnaires from HR professionals and recruitment specialists. The findings are expected to reveal that AI significantly improves recruitment efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and supporting data-driven hiring decisions. The study concludes that AI has become an essential strategic tool for modern recruitment and talent acquisition.
