Abstract

Educational institutions deal with a significant volume of educational and administrative data such as student information, attendance, examinations, fees, and communications between teachers and students. These educational and administrative data are often managed using traditional manual methods or through multiple software applications, which results in inefficiency, duplication of data, and difficulties in accessing data. College Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is used to manage all these activities through a centralized approach. The system is about creating a web-based College Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that can help manage these educational and administrative activities more efficiently. The proposed system will help manage all educational and administrative activities more efficiently and effectively. Separate modules are provided for administrators, teachers, and students.

Different functionalities are provided for each role. The Proposed system will help improve the accuracy of data, reduce paperwork, and improve communications between teachers and students. In the proposed system, all data is maintained in a systematic manner using digital technology. This helps retrieve data easily and makes decision- making more effective for managing educational activities. The proposed system will help improve the efficiency and transparency of educational institutions.
