Abstract

In this paper we are proposing an Android Application for the Patient Data entry. The application usually allows the user to refer to his documents without paper work. The id allocated to each user is a unique id. There are two users in this Application 1.Doctors Login and 2. Patient Login. The Doctors login is same like Admin login i.e the Doctors can add there prescription after check up to the particular Patient Id, they can make changes as well in the documentation. On the other side the Patient Login is same like guest login, i.e they can only view the documents they can’t add or make changes in the documents. The system we have built reduces the use of paper that is required for writing the prescriptions and other reports files. In India nearly 16million tonnes of paper (TPA), with over 2 million TPA being imported so more about too INR 50,000 Crores rupees of paper is imported in India. Our applications make a contribution to the slogan of go green and save paper by using electrical way to store Patients data
