Abstract

This project focuses on building a predictive model to forecast real estate prices based on historical data market trends, and various features such as location, property size, and economic indicators. The propos system will use deep learning models, like neural networks, alongside traditional regression techniques to capture both linear and non-linear patterns in the data. The primary goal is to develop a robust tool that outperforms traditional methods, providing stakeholders with precise price forecasts
