Abstract

An intelligent desktop or AI-based assistant is a computer program designed to perform tasks or provide services based on direct user instructions, often through voice or text input. The term "chatbot" typically refers to a virtual assistant used in online chat interfaces, though more advanced assistants go beyond simple conversations to understand, analyze, and interpret human language. These assistants are programmed with automatic voice responses and are capable of managing a variety of tasks. With voice commands, users can easily access and manage calendars, emails, task lists, and other basic system functions, making daily computing more efficient and user-friendly.
