Abstract

The growing awareness of physical fitness and sports performance has increased the demand for professional training guidance. However, many individuals face difficulties in accessing qualified trainers and athletes for personalized coaching. This research paper presents “Train With Athletes,” an online platform designed to connect users with professional athletes and trainers. The system allows users to explore training programs, book sessions, and receive personalized guidance, including home training services. The platform is developed using PHP for backend processing, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend design, and MySQL for database management. The methodology includes requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

The findings suggest that such a platform can significantly improve accessibility to professional training and promote a healthier lifestyle. The system enhances convenience, flexibility, and user engagement. The study concludes that integrating technology with fitness services can bridge the gap between users and professional trainers effectively.
