Abstract
The Monoethanolamine (MEA) capped Cerium oxide Nanoparticles (CeO2 NPs) was synthesized by coprecipitation method. Synthesized MEA capped CeO2 NPs was formed face centered cubic structure. The morphological
and elemental analyses were carried out using FESEM and EDAX spectrum. Various functional characteristic peaks
were observed FT-IR spectrum. From the UV-Vis spectrum, the absorption edge peak was found to be 317 nm for MEA
capped CeO2 NPs. The photoluminescence measurements revealed that the broad emissions were composed of five
different peaks observed for MEA capped CeO2 NPs
