A transformer-based NLP approach, predictive modelling, and a modern web stack (Next.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Neon) to extract key information from resumes, discover gaps in skillsets, and benchmark salaries across countries. Career-IQ fills a gap in existing hiring tools by offering an integrated experience for resume parsing, salary predictions, and personalised career recommendations and resumes.
